Beginner Courses
With one-to-one courses you’re going to have with IKO certified instructors you will not only learn how to kiteboard but also learn how to be a kiteboarder.
You will feel privileged at the wide, shallow and sandy part of the beach reserved for the courses of our school and quality service.
You need to reserve 3 days to complete the course. You will be on board at the end of a safe and fun course which consists theoretical and practical instructions provided 3 hours daily according to the programme defined by IKO. You do not need to complete the course in consecutive days; it is possible to complete the course even by coming one day every month but then an additional 1-2 hours is needed. We highly suggest you to book at least 2 days in advance.
What To Bring
We provide all gears you will be using during the course. If you're coming at a time other than summer make sure to bring a wetsuit. During summer months, a short or long sleeve rash vest a board short and sun cream will be enough. If you use sunglasses make sure they have straps; if the straps have something (foam etc) to make glasses float then it is better. Other than the above flip-flops, towels are inevitable on the beach. We have a shower, WC, changing cabins and a cafe providing drinks and simple but delicious foods on the kite beach. You may want to check our shop if you happen to miss some of the above items such as flip-flops, rash vests etc.
Program
Every day at 10:00 we meet at our base (Rüzgar Cafe) in Akyaka and go to the kite beach with our boat service. If your course is at the second half of the day you need to be at Rüzgar Cafe at 13:30. Those whose courses are finished by then can come back to Akyaka with that shuttle. Afternoon courses finish by 18:30 and we are back in Akyaka latest at 19:00.
Course Details
To reach to a level which you can practice and ride on your own safely you need to complete IKO Level 1 and Level 2 courses.

Price
The price of Level 1 and Level 2 courses combined which take approximately 9 hours is EURO 390 (one to one). The price includes transportation between Akyaka-Gökova Rüzgar Kiteboard Beach, all necessary gears, one-to-one private course and IKO certificate which will be given at the end of the course to certify your level. We give 20% discount for group lessons. Euro 315 (2-4 riders per instructor)
Note: If you previously started a kiteboard course somewhere else and want to continue here, you can start your course here following an appr. 20 min practice with an instructor to determine your level. The price of such courses will be calculated per hour; EURO 65/ hour.
